And the winner and still champion is…The Big Bang Theory, landing in first place for yet another week with an astounding 3.9 million Canadians tuning in to the episode in which Amy Farrah Fowler (Mayim Bialik) pretends to be sick so “boyfriend” Sheldon (Jim Parsons) will be forced to pay attention to her.

Returning to its second-place spot was Two and a Half Men, which attracted just under 2.6 million, while The Amazing Race came in third and Survivor came in fourth.

Next, a bit of a surprise, with Castle and Bones making an exceptionally strong showing to land in fifth and six place, respectively.

CTV’s soon-to-end Flashpoint also did well, landing in the No. 13 spot with nearly 1.5 million viewers, while this week saw newbie shows Elementary and Arrow as the only freshman series to crack the top 30, while Global’s airing of The Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show was also a hit, coming in at No. 25.

Finally, it was also a stronger-than-usual week for CBC, which managed three entries into the top 30: Dragon’s Den (No. 17), The Rick Mercer Report (No. 28) and its Sunday-night movie — a broadcast of Home Alone, which squeaked in at No. 30. Go figure.
