When ‘Big Brother’ returns next week for its 14th season, expect plenty of twists and unexpected surprises, says executive producer Allison Grodner.
In an interview with TV Guide, Grodner revealed that this season’s 12 houseguests will include the brother of ‘Survivor’ villain Russell Hantz along with “four epic players” from previous seasons. These four, says Grodner, aren’t necessarily competing for the $500,000 prize, and will be coming to the house “with their own agenda…it’s a game within a game, if you will.”
Along with Willie Hantz, younger brother of Russell, the cast will also include a heavy-metal musician, a nurse, a chef and a house-flipper, a cast that Grodner describes as a “vibrant, different and interesting group. It’s a mix unlike any other.”
The new season of ‘Big Brother’ premieres Thursday, July 12 on Global.
