Sons of Anarchy: Season Five It’s every man (and woman) for themselves in the bloodthirsty fifth season of this biker-gang hit as Jax (Charlie Hunnam) is now the president of SAMCRO. Unfortunately, not everyone agrees with his move up in the ranks, and he faces plenty of dissention. This season — which includes all 13 episodes on four discs — introduces TV veteran Jimmy Smits as a series regular and Lost’s Harold Perrineau as ruthless gangster Damon Pope. Prime Suspect: The Complete Series (Blu Ray) Long before she won an Oscar for playing Queen Elizabeth II, Helen Mirren was television royalty in the U.K. for her award-winning portrayal of Detective Chief Inspector Jane Tennison in this long-running crime drama, which first aired in 1991. In the show’s early years, much of the drama came from the tension faced by a female detective in the male-dominated police force, the show eventually shifted to much darker places as Tennisen found herself facing the nature of true evil. After 15 on-again-off-again years, Mirren said good-bye to her complex crime-solver in a four-part 1996 miniseries. This 7-disc set features all 9 feature-length episodes, which include guest appearances by Ralph Fiennes, Tom Wilkinson, Jonny Lee Miller and others. (Acorn)

Grey’s Anatomy: The Complete Ninth Season This medical drama set in Seattle’s Grace-Mercy West Hospital returns begins right after the horrific plane crash that claimed the life of one of the main characters, while others are still suffering both physically and psychologically from it. Scream’s Neve Campbell joins the cast in a recurring role as the sister of Dr. Derek Shepherd (Patrick Dempsey). This 6-disc set contains all 24 episodes, along with extras such as bloopers, deleted scenes, an extended finale episode and more. (ABC Studios)
