Elisabeth should have quit LONG ago! The way Joy mistreated her and Whoopie ROLLED her eyes at Elisabeth when she spoke. Nothing but disrespect and judgemental ways toward Elisabeth. No one would miss Whoopie...just stuff a pillow and put black pants and a white shirt (same outfit that she wears everyday) and a wig and no one would know Whoopie was gone.
Why does it matter that the writer was pregnant? I can't see where that is relevant to the story at all. It's not like pregnancy is a disease that renders a woman incapable of having a professional disagreement with a co-worker. Or that somehow his "displeasure" was somehow more inappropriate than it would have been 8 months ago.
