We’ve all been there. The crowded inbox of multi-thread emails from friends as you try and plan the next big girls weekend/bachelor party/birthday getaway/couples retreat/family reunion or [insert your trip here] vacation. The endless emails with so many hyperlinks and text grabbed from webpages that you can’t even make sense of any of the information. It’s enough to take the fun out of going on a small group trip.
Enter “Flights with Friends“, a public BETA site that allows you book flights and hotels with friends and family using social media.
Here’s how it works:
- Type in where and when you want to go away – Flights with Friends (FWF) is partnered with Expedia and will pull from a massive inventory of flights and hotels guaranteeing the best prices.
- Invite friends to check out what you’ve found – If you can’t be in the same room, at least you can be on the same page! Using Facebook or email, you can bring friends directly on to the page you’re looking at and live chat options.
- Book it together – Once you’ve made some decisions, book it and FWF will notify your party once you’ve booked
