Tomorrow, the King returns to Memphis for the 35th annual Elvis Week.

Appropriately taking place in Graceland, the week will be a celebration of the King of Rock and Roll’s life and legacy. It’s been 35 years since Presley’s passing but fans have not forgotten the mark he made on music and on many lives. Each year, the festival brings out fans both locally and from around the world.

Events include a candlelight vigil beginning at the gates to Graceland on the evening of August 15th that often goes into the early hours of the 16th – the anniversary of his passing – that travels to his Presley’s gravesite where fans can pay their respect. Live concerts, dance parties, a 5K run, impersonator contests and panel discussions with those who knew and worked with Elvis make up the rest of the weeks events.

The highlight of the week will be the 35th Anniversary concert which will bring the King back on stage via video accompanied live by a cast of singers and musicians who worked with him over the years.
