Mad Catz took their inspiration from their modular R.A.T. gaming mouse, and gave S.T.R.I.K.E. 7 a durable metal body, mechanical keys, and five interchangeable components (a touchscreen, the main keyboard, four programmable buttons on the Function strip, a number pad, and a three-part active palm rest with wrist rest extension). Phew, that’s a lot of bells and whistles. 24 programmable buttons throughout the entire thing – that’s crazy!
