Today marks the launch of the Shaw Go app, which is the perfect new companion to your shiny new iOS 6 and the first app you should install on that new iPhone 5 tomorrow! Shaw Go allows Shaw Cable and Shaw Direct customers to watch their favourite TV programs and movies on their iOS devices (iPad and iPhone), basically letting you take your cable service with you wherever you go!
The launch programming already available is impressive – with the latest HBO series in there alongside some of their classics (including the first 2 seasons of the Sopranos!), the new season of Dexter, as well as over 600 other titles from Movie Central. All programming is presented in glorious HD, and can be streamed over 3G, 4G and Wifi, and you can even brag about what you are watching on social networks right in the app itself.
