Japanese bloggers at Macotakara have uploaded video of what they claim is the front panel from an iPhone 5. As you can see from the comparison to a current iPhone, the alleged new front panels are considerably longer which falls in line with the rumours of a larger HD screen to be included in the next gen model.
With the imminent annoucement of the next iPhone (perhaps as early June 11th during the Apple keynote at WWDC12) we can only assume that this will be the first of many leaks of what may or may not actually be a a component of the next iPhone.
