In the debut episode of the 19th season of Top Gear, Jeremy Clarkson took what’s billed as the world’s smallest car out for a spin. The thing he drove – a P45 designed by Clarkson himself – is definitely small, but whether or not it’s a car depends on your definition of what a car actually is. It has four wheels and will keep you head out of the rain, but as you’ll notice your arms are fully exposed to the elements.
To me, it looks like a cross between a golf cart and a Dalek from Dr. Who.
Car or not, it would definitely get you a ton of attention if you drove one. Whether or not it’s the type of attention you actually want is up to you. Check out the P45 in action below:
