The main reason why the below video has gone viral is because it features a giant block of concrete falling from a crane and landing on a bus. But the video is also notable for another, less obvious reason: It could be the first video ever made in which a skateboarder isn’t horribly, horribly injured.
It seems that every time someone points a camera at a skateboarder, that skateboarder suffers a hilariously agonizing injury. From falling over and getting hit in the face, to falling over and getting hit in the shins, to falling over and getting hit in the crotch, no skateboarder has ever managed to successfully complete a trick on camera, ever. And that’s what makes the below video so surreal. The falling block of concrete in the background is just an added bonus.
