As Chinese philosopher Lao-tsu once said, “A journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step.” Wise words indeed, albeit ones that gloss over a simple truth: sometimes a journey of one step can feel like a thousand miles. The teeny Pomeranian in the below video knows this all too well. His goal: climb over a singular stair to travel from room A to room B. It’s the kind of action we humans take for granted, what with our legs and Air Jordans and whatnot. But for this plucky furball, this task at hand is challenging, if not downright Sisyphean.
