It took us months, but we’ve finally found a crazy road-related video that didn’t take place in Russia.
It all happened near Dallas, Texas, where pilot William Davis was attempting (key word: attempting) his first solo landing. Nearing land, the plane clipped the top of an SUV, whose driver was somehow completely oblivious to the fact that a plane was headed directly towards him. The collision smashed the plane’s landing gear (not to mention the roof of the SUV), but luckily the plane still skidded to a safe landing. The driver of the SUV as well as his passenger were unharmed as well.
In case you’re curious, Davis later told WFAA Dallas that he’s giving up flying. It might be a good idea.
