Believe it or not, sometimes high school football can trounce its NFL counterpart when it comes to bold plays that blow your ever-loving mind. Look no further than this recent match-up between Turnwater High School and Capital High School. Down 21-19 late in the fourth quarter, the Turnwater boys attempt a two-point conversion to tie things up. And tie things up they do, courtesy of a behind-the-back blind toss into the Capital end zone. It’s plum crazy-nutty-insanity, with almost zero chance of succeeding. Yet somehow it does because, hey, the universe does what the hell it it wants. Bonus: Tumwater later goes on to win the game 35-28 in double overtime like a bunch of teenage BOSSES.
