There was a nice moment in the NFL over the weekend, as Colts cheerleaders Megan and Crystal Ann shaved their head in support of head coach Chuck Pagano, who had to take a leave from the team early in the season after he was diagnosed with leukemia.
Megan said that she’d shave her head if more than $10,000 could be raised over twitter for the Colts’ ChuckStrong charity – and the fan response was so great that Crystal Ann decided to get in on the fun, with both of them going for the bald look in between the 3rd and 4th quarters.
Overall, the Colts have already raised over $250,000 for ChuckStrong. Hats off to them, and especially the cheerleaders (who come to think of it will probably now be wearing hats more often for now).
